Feature Gen primarily provides digital products and software services. This policy explains how these are delivered to our customers.

1. Digital Delivery

All our software products, including ERP solutions, E-Learning platforms, and custom software, are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical products (CDs, Pendrives, etc.) unless explicitly requested and agreed upon in writing.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Products: Access details (credentials, login URLs) are typically delivered via email within 24-48 hours of successful payment.
  • Custom Software/Services: Delivery timelines for custom development are mutually agreed upon at the start of the project and outlined in the service agreement.
  • Service Activation: For subscription-based services, activation occurs immediately or within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

3. Mode of Delivery

Technical credentials, documentation, and access links will be sent to the registered email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase or registration.

4. Shipping Charges

Since delivery is digital, there are no shipping or handling charges applicable for our software products.

5. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your access details within the specified timeline, please check your spam folder or contact our support team immediately.
